Continuous, flow-proportional dosing is what makes the chemistry work.

The FS-1 is HCT's injection platform for agricultural and turf pump stations. It reads the site's existing flow meter and runs LMI metering pumps, dosing WaterSOLV™ in proportion to flow. Because dosing follows flow and the prescription, it does not rely on a pH probe.

How it's set up

Each concentrate gets its own pump.

Three feed pumps standard, up to six per flow meter; degassing pump heads, PVDF heads for BC
Curative is injected on the discharge side of the pump station; BC on the suction side. Concentrates are never mixed.
Requires a working flow meter with an output the FS-1 can read, power at the pump station, and a dedicated 110V / 25A circuit
Tank or tote location with secondary containment and delivery access
HCT calculates the pump settings and sizes the pumps to the site; injection quills are a separate item
